Going back to Paleo, but continuing to focus on raw fruit and vegetables. Just can't seem to get along without animal protein. And the hummus I ate definitely gave me acid indigestion. Was up most of Thursday night with it.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
