My stuffed broccoli leaves were created out of necessity. Just rice with a cashew based cream sauce, onion, and mushroom filling. Rolled about 1 c into each (steamed) broccoli leaf. Spritzed with oil and baked about 30 min to crisp the outside. Yummy!

I love looking at pictures of food and telling what they are I am smiling at these because of your stuffed broccoli leaves, broccoli here don’t have leaves they look like our spinach leaves or cabbage leaves. Looks delish

We grow out broccoli and the plant is just like a cabbage, has a full rosette of leaves. The leaves are delicious when steamed, but need the stems removed, which can be a little fibrous
