Happy to say that I remained the same weight since yesterday. Happy because I did not gain. Phew! I am truly tired, actually sick and tired of being unhappy with what I see in the mirror and the fact that I can't fit my closet full of beautiful clothes. That alone just has to be a great motivator. Right? So for today, I will stick to 1400 calories or less of clean eating. I will drink my 2 1/5 liters of water. I will walk 4 miles on the treadmill. And I will feel great!
