A little frustrating to see the scale stay the same. I'm trying to lose weight the healthy way this time instead of crash dieting, but it is definitely harder watching the scale move so slowly.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, you know what 'they' say, "The faster you lose weight, the easier it is to put back on." I know it's super frustrating with slow going, but you are definitely doing the right thing. =)
