Killed it at the gym today. 1 active hour cardio / strength 🏋🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🤾🏻‍♀️this morning, 45 minutes active 🚴🏻‍♀️ cycling, 40 minutes active walking 4/mph. Total 1402 calories burned. Feeling pumped 💪🏻💪🏻😬
