Not feeling that good when I eat meat, chicken and fish. Feel better eating fruit and nuts with some veggies. Less drowsy during day and better strength and endurance at gym.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
