Found that a t-shirts I always felt a little tight feels looser today. Is it a change of my body that has not appeared as a weight? 😎(Let’s not think about the possibility that machine washing stretched it out 😂)

You are losingnweight. I also noticed that today with my T-shirt. Even though the scale didn't show weight loss. Maybe we will reach our weight loss goal,we wont quit no way!
