Heyyy! Been a while, I know! (But I haven’t gotten a weigh in email lately. Maybe I need to check my junk folder). A few updates... I’ve been doing this outdoor class called CD FIT,have been eating McChickens a lot at Mcdonald’s (and breakfast there too, for that matter... for school), and have been told by the trainer that Brian sugar in green tea is a good idea to help in a weight-gain journey.
