I started over 200 lbs but I just couldn't look at the numbers so I dieted for a month before I could even bring myself to step on the scale. So, I finally did that last week, nearly sagging with relief when I came in at 198. Now the real journey begins and even though it will go slower than molasses uphill, I won't give up.
