Last nite my Grandaugher came to visit. Went to Fred Meyer, Walked going by the candy and DONUTS, and just keep going, very proud of myself. Didn't have much of a splurge ( gained 1 ld,) day but get back to work of watching my weight. Thank you for your support ! ! Nattybun
