Detox is over! There was a little "cheating" this weekend, but it's funny how "cheating" now is SO much better than before I started. This is the first diet (and there have been many) where I actually feel like I am learning how to eat well, and enjoying it! I finally feel like I am able to make good eating decisions without feeling deprived - BREAKTHROUGH!
