Gained 1 kilo this week due to hospitalisation and an operation and therefore unable to exercise. Back at home now and managing intake, but not able to exercise for a few weeks. Hopefully this will only be a temporary blip and normal service will be resumed asap!
216.1 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
