i'm not sure what happened, but i stopped. i'm still maintaining my weight loss and haven't gained any back. i think that is due to my diligence in watching what i eat. i do "cheat" and eat sweets, but i try to control portions and eat 5 small meals a day.
i'm gonna go back to it on monday. i will be waking up at 5:00 so i can hit the gym early in the mornings. my goal is to weight 235 by June 1st!
