I can't believe how much better I feel by limiting my carbohydrates. I used to feel bloated when eating pastas and breads...but by consuming most of my carbs through vegetables and dairy, I feel like a new person! I really see myself maintaining this lifestyle throughout my life. I will say that once I get into the OWL phase, I will be very excited to start introducing berries and nuts into my plan. To date, this is the best I've done when trying to change my lifestyle.

Congratulations! It is much easier to stick to this way of eating once you get through the initial adjustment to much fewer carbs. I have learned to look at any refined carbs as poison for me. The same with artificial sweeteners. I feel better without them, than with them.
