I was just wondering if people are aware of the USDA Composition Database. Several hundred thousand foods by brand, type, composition and macros. The site Is: ndb.nal.usda.gov.

There are so many errors on the FS site because so much of the data has been entered erroneously by members. I don’t think it makes much difference in my life, but certainly if you are diabetic it does because you may be giving insulin based on that info. Check it out just for “fun” or if you want to try to verify that what you have been logging is accurate.
