who would guess??? appearently eating healthy and keeping track of what goes in my mouth is working. i used to think i gained weight without eating anything. not so ... numbers don't lie: when i cut back the weight does go down.

Me Too!!! I didn't weigh for two weeks and when I got on the scales it didn't change from the two weeks before. So this week I have been writing down absolutely everything that I eat and drink and I weigh every morning and so far I have lost nearly 3lb since Monday. Over time hopefully, I will see what foods are good to lose weight and what ones are not so good. Hope it works for you! Keep going and good luck

what does a lowcarb cheesecake matter if the lunch menu is pretty high in fattttttttt. I figured it best to skip the dessert coz' I knew that lunch was a little off track. I've had the cheesecake in the past, pretty good. Try it sometime.
