Almost no weight loss for the last two days. It's kind of discouraging I've been walking/running at least 8 miles a day since Monday. I have also been maintaining a daily intake of 1300 - 1600 calories a day.I'm not giving up yet.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hi Oliver. just keep going, i know exactly how you feel, but remember when you increase exercise the muscels with retain water and then eventually release it so sooon the weight loss will show,,,,,keep up with the exercise ...just keep going i tell myself that everyday....good luck
