Not the scale change I wanted but I knew my cheat meal yesterday would lead to this. I still feel full and haven’t eaten since 1:00 yesterday afternoon. I could barely get my ring on this morning so definite water retention. I hope the scale will reflect a better number next time! Happy Thursday everyone!!
138.4 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water come and go easily. Carbs cause inflammation, and lead to water retention as a protective measure.

No biggie Momma....shtuff happens. For me its pizza, the sodium, carbs, fat and my lack of self control are a sure gain the next day....many times bigger than 0.8 pound...it does go away, though as long as you care.
