I decided to add some carbs today to try to break this scale stall. I feel guilty now and worried about what the scale will show tomorrow. I’m sure it will go up but hopefully it won’t take too many days to go back down. The food tasted amazing though...sweet potatoes fries to go with a bun less “dragon slayer” burger (top sirloin patty with bleu cheese crumbles, bacon, fried onions, tomato, mixed greens and creamy buffalo sauce.) Then I ate 1/2 of a sugar cookie 😬 the cookie wasn’t planned but was screaming my name! I feel so full and bloated. I like eating the way I have been the last few month even though some things aren’t as tasty as unhealthy foods—I don’t miss the full, bloated, sugar rush feelings.

Yes that sounds like me lately...I can feel bloated from certain things so I eliminate them....for some reason heavy cream which is great for keto well it doesnt sit well with me and can make me feel bloated..its not apart of my intake for now...I love a good sugar cookie or a butter cookie...its been awhile though...Ive been out all day so just going to wish you a wonderful evening and of course tons of my love and hugs to you gf xoxoxo:)

Don't sweat what the scale says! Give it a couple days. When I eat higher carbs, I like to add quinoa or rice into a meal. Quinoa doesn't seem to give me the bloated feeling and it, ahem, get things moving! 😂 Now pasta would give me the bloat 😨

Don't feel guilty. A little indulgence is needed from time to time. And changing things up a bit may help the 'stall'. Don't sweat the number on the scale and keep on your path, and remember that little indulgences ARE part of the path from time to time.

Thanks guys! I’m not to worried about it. If anything, it reminded me how much better I’ve felt eating low carb higher fat. My stomach has been in turmoil all afternoon 😁 quinoa or rice would have been a healthier carb choice but where’s the fun in that?! Haha

You did exactly what I do to break it out! LOL You’ve got to be able to live with this long term without going mental. LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️So on days like today you figure out whether it’s half a sugar cookie or a quarter cup of quinoa you want or a bit of wild rice? LOL 🙋🏻Carbs still have a place in the diet. Just not center stage and taking up 5/6 of your input. LOL
