DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES..gooood friday morning..yesterday sunny an warm..67 yesterday went outside in the afternoon and set in sun to get the warmth an just enjoy the warmer weather for a change..today..not so much..be long johns and coats..35 with a wind chill of 28 right now an a high of 45 today...so nice days gone again..winter is back again..freeze warning out in this area tonight thru sunday at noon...

decided to weigh in..get caught up once again..not that it matters..weight isnt really going up..just building muscle..to take the place of the flab..long as i eat right and dont get discouraged..then good things will come of it..and i know that..often in the past if i didnt show a loss..then id go back to eating badly an then id pack it back on..this time i know better..probably knew better last time..but more focused and on track with whats going on this time...

was looking back thru this years calendar..only took one day off this month from riding..should of been more im sure..but as long as my body doesnt say hey ..i need a day off..then gonna ride to stay limbered up..2.5 miles an i hit my weekly average of 80..an i still have till sunday to get extra miles..

gonna get all layered up after while to head to walmart..get that over with for another week..not a very long list..could probably even pass this week up ..just means a bigger list next week..cabinets look bare..but just dont have a lot of extra crappy food in house if any..most of our healthy food is kept in fridge or freezer now..less chance of cheating or having a bad day of eating..

WELL..COFFEE IS GONE..this time yesterday i was already on trainer riding..getting my first 17 miles in...today im thinkin time for a second mug of coffee..no get up an go today..and knowing i only have a short ride to hit goal helps to..pushed myself all week to get miles in..now i can ride if i want to for a couple of days..


pic is volcano on ride..so neat to see lava flowing down the hill as you ride by..virtual riding in your home on your bike with a trainer..out of the cold..who would of seen this coming to use..sometimes the modern things we have now..are more then what i need..but yet i need alot of it
277.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ended up taking the day off..body finally told me it was time...for a day of rest..still 2 days left in week to get my 2.5 miles to hit weekly goal..so no biggie..
