THE SUGAR HEADACHE..good morning ..i been sugar free..since jan 26..yes i do eat clean food thats got natural sugar..but for most part that is the only place my sugar comes from..and i am really proud of my self for kicking the sugar monkey from my side of the house..as my sister lives on other side of house with a wall between us an she to has gotten the sugar monkey outta her side of her house..

i was trying to get rest of my mileage in for the week yeserday and knew i needed to ride..but wasnt in the mood until after lunch..i was prepping for a zwift workout yesterday an i thought hmmm..i have these gu energy gel packets..il get one out an gulp that down right after i get on bike an il have extra energy to get my ride in an have a great workout...well withing 30 seconds of me pushing the gel into my mouth an it getting into my system..i had a slight headache..wasnt that bad..but soon as the headache started i knew it started from the unhealthy sugar in the gel pack..so gonna have to find someone that rides that can tolerate the sugar content still..being able to sense bad sugar is great...as im learning that cleaner sugar is what i need to be looking for when i buy energy food for when i ride..quest protein bars are suppose to be a better source of energy..il have to get one at walmart an see how i react to the sugar in it...anyways got a 14 mile ride in...ended up with 88 miles for the week...today starts a new week of riding ...suppose to be day off..but not sure yet...lol

weight has started to come off on a more regular basis..i weigh every morning..an with water flucations..sometimes its up..some times its down..but more often its down ..little by little its coming off once again..gonna try clothes in closet on today to see if the smaller size jeans i bout several months ago for motivation fit yet..an see how big them white shorts that only fit in september are now compared to couple of weeks ago..by time its warm enough...which this week i could wear them..even in feb...lol...im sure they are gonna start getting baggy on me..an i always liked them even though i couldnt wear them during the summer months..

well...HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTTTTT MONDAY...keep it consistent..one meal at a time gets you to the next meal...achieve your goals an set new ones...
