Home too late for dinner last night. Let's see how I do today. Made sure to have a full schedule so I not eating out of boredom. Hope we all have a fat-tastic weekend.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
