ooh might have been just a blip on the scales! Huzzah! (I deleted the previous weight as it must have been wrong and made my graph look weird!! haha)
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
