good morning all; still getting bands of rain occasionally but all is good. creek out back is a bit overflowed but not dangerous . outflow drains probably clogged. jerks throw trash in creek. poor fish and turtle. but that is nothing in comparrison to what some are dealing with. thank you GOD. weight down a bit. weightloss has slowed as i get closer to goal(expected) still have blubber on upper arms and around the middle front and back. can feel upper ribs . nice to be able to feel some bones. i'm not like the mitchlen man anymore. haha. but when i do get to goal ; i'l have to re-evaluate. humana (my health insurance) says i should a 35inch waist and 28% body fat to be within target range. i'm still 30% body fat so i have a ways to go. but its going to take time.

Just looked at your weight history. I am not that far behind you in age. I am on a plateau as well. Up down seems to be the way right now. But, my body is changing. I tell my husband I am a shape shifter.LOL We can do this.

yeah, as I lose weight, I see more ripples and loose skin...hopefully after some time and hard work, muscle will smooth out some of the rough spots. Keep up the good work!
