rain is on the way..but who cares.. gooood mornin fs..weather man might actually be right today...rain is on the way..but i went riding anyways..as i rode could see the lightening off in the distance...seen one black cat this morning..an one skunk...skunk was like 5 foot from me on the side of the road..i swerved to get outta its way...the only bad thing about going when its still dark in the wee hours of the morning...monday nite slept 9 hours..got up an did that 21. mile ride..came home had coffee an breakfast/lunch..then sit back in recliner an slept 2 more hours..went to bed last night an slept most of nite except when i was up to pee..woke up this morning an did a 14...not sure what was going on yesterday that i needed all that sleep..didnt feel bad or nothing..just tired for some reason...o well

84 min ride? Very well my buddy. Sleep when you can. It is not easy with the heat and the humidity.

I am new to the FS community, so I don't want to come across negative. But I was looking at your daily Calorie intake an it seem dangerously low. I did some looking into the min. daily a person needs to live, and the answer repeatedly came back at 1200. Any lower an your are converting muscle into fuel, also your body goes into starvation mode, an clings onto any vitamins and fats and carbs you put into your body. the Best Answer posted here explains it very nicely. https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070617112741AA2OEW3 If you have consulted an expert in dietary needs ignore me please, I just wanted to express my concerns to make sure you stay safe, and good luck attaining all your goals in life.

@gregward i looked at your food journal..you eat yogurt has sugar an carbs..somethin i try an eat less of...i also noticed you didnt hit your 1200 calories either...now...no 2 people loose the same...you can read on internet an its someone opinion of how it should work..everyone is different..everyone loose differently...i am retired..my bike riding is my main way of working off calories...i fast 23 hours a day an have a 1 hour eating window...for me this is the way i eat an work off the calories that go in my mouth..an for me it works...thanks for your opinion and have a nice day...
