fog is moving in..76 goooood sunday mornin..back from my mornin ride..was starting to get foggy on my ride..but once i got home..fog really moved in..was a humid ride this morning..on certain streets ther was more breeze then others..main street air was dead..no breeze at all..buildings kept the air from movin around..had one of them i dont want to go mornings..but knew in my mind if it wasnt rainin..i had no excuse not to go...so out the door i went..

79.11 miles in 6 days..not alot..but better the only doing 2x23..an ending up with 46..

for all of you low carb/no sugar people out there..i made up something yesterday..i took a clear one helping bowl..added heavy whipped cream ..just a bit of water..you dont want it to be runny..just not as thick..then i added one of the koolade sleeves ..i use fruit punch..but gonna try orange today..i use the thingy that butter bob uses to stir stuff up with..add cover put in freezer for 2 hours..pull it out..its almost like frozen ice cream or yougart..no carbs/no sugar..less you add fruit...

well time for the coffee...an to enjoy my little drop of weight..then off to walmart to pick up some more heavy whipped cream..lol..among other healthy items...have a great day everyone...

an update to journal..noticed after i got redressed i was able to pull belt tighter an put it in a different hole..so inches are comin off now as well...
