100% on food..had a gain goooooood mornin fs...even though the scales arent showing it all...i know im loosin in inches because when i put on my riding shorts, im havin to pull em up like you see older women..an no im not talkin about any of you..lol..ended up eating at 4pm yesterday afternoon..not when i normally eat...todays plan to eat at 7am or so ..

my first 12 miles i did in an hour...and i could tell the last 50 minutes i was slowing down..was hopin to hit 20 miles under the 2 hour mark..an would have..but the course i ride ends close to my house an i came 1/2 mile short...o well...have a great weekend everyone...

i forgot to add this in my journal..i added on alittle more milage by going a different route this morning..one thing about riding in the early hours you get to see the sun rise..an since it was a saturday i also seen a deer crossin my path on the road..an seen a racoon..animals i wouldnt normally see cause it would of been more traveled road...so was really enjoyable ride...

yeah..when i was riding an seen the deer out in the field at first i kept lookin for the second one..but there was just the one...hopin right along...
