another week , sorry to hear about all the people who have suffered from rain and flooding in west va. sure wish some (not that much) would come to my neighorhood.
sticking with the plan, that's all i can say about that
169.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
