i'm crabby , and i'm going to eat a big bowl od spinich dip no crackers or bread etc. just spinich dip (sour cream, chopped spinich and packet of hidden valleyranch dip) thats it !!!

that was very satisfying, basiclly still high fat, low carb.

yup , did it , no regrets haha . sometimes just gotta go of the chain. just so i keep in ketosis. which i will. the spinich dip thing is like my candy or goodys just mostly fats with sourcream

Reading Dr. Jason Fung's book "The Obesity code: Unlocking the Secrets of weight Loss." The book makes so much sense and I think explains why I've had so much trouble over the past years losing. Somebody on FS mentioned one of his YouTube videos and I watched. Now I'm trying to learn. Sugar and refined carbs seem to be the answer. Glad that fat is back if I have to give up sugar.
