well hello everyone.
continue on my journey of weight loss. feeling ok.
got up watered my baby grass seeds , stupid weeds are doing well too. now it's trying to rain, but it trys to do that with little success here. i water by hand cause we are on a water restriction here and if i used a sprinkler i'd get in trouble. probably still taking a chance anyway. anyway , yard work is better than the gym. sweat just as much anyway.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
