I did it.....15 miles for this years Relay for Life in Lower Carbon County, PA. Next year I am committed to a full marathon walk/run. I have the whole year to train for it. Thank you for all my supporters at Fat Secret. To make the whole thing even better I am within 10 lbs of goal weight...I could not have done it without you guys....from the bottom of my heart...THANK YOU!!!!!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
