Uptick, expected but not welcomed. I have been on track but on an olive and avocado binge of sorts. Lots of salt in these. I have also been working out daily for about an hour with the 10 lb dumbells. I have also added 25 squats to my everyday exercises. So I am certain I have a couple of pounds of water retained. I have a few sore spots right now, mainly my butt, my thighs right above my knees and my triceps. No serious pain, just enough to let me know they have been busy! Ya'll have an excellent day!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I like the aches that remind me that I did use my muscles.....just have to learn to give them a rest inbetween :)
