weight just stuck, oh well more water less diet pepci for me i guess
198.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am down to the last three diet pops then it will be a dilly dally roller coaster as I go though the withdraws hoping cutting out the diet pops will help me control some of the cravings I encounter in my head. No up no down is a win for me I hope you enjoy your days ahead.

i broke down and had a glass of diet pepci . my reward for digging in the dirt for 2hrs and job only 1/3 done . had a magnolia tree planted in the circle in front yard. now digging out rest of it (about 10ft circle) that is completely over run with grass and weeds and roots and used up dirt which i will add compost etc to revitalize . not sure what i'll plant as a boarder then mulch . it's going to take some time to do this. time i have since i retired , i need the exercise and this seems more productive than the gym.
