well, lost a little slowly is better than not at all, my medatation ca
lass was good last evening but my muscles cramp up sitting fr 1.5 hrs .i do take mgso4 for cramping , have for years . and vit d3 too. guess i'll have to get a massage . few years ago endedup at chiropractor to break up knots in back from cramping. any suggestions????
199.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you ever tried a foam roller? Easy to buy and then YouTube instructions. Good Luck
