My workout buddy will be away for a week. This week will be all about ME inspiring MYSELF to get up and get busy, no lagging off. I'm looking forward to PUSHING MYSELF! Be well EVERYONE!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
