That pesky pound has chased me around all week! I am weighing in a day early because we leave this morning. I won't be weighing in for a month, and up a pound is not a good way to start. Today we go to DS's house and we will go out to dinner for a combo birthday dinner. Probably Red Lobster is the place, so I should do fine there. Love me some shrimp! Tomorrow will be a traveling day.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The pesky pounds pasted on me have been my plight too. The scale wasn't budging. So Thursday and Friday I did a semi fast (& prayed for others besides myself). Just drank a little homemade green protien smoothie and oolong/jasmine tea. Oolong is supposed to help with weight loss too. Jasmine gives it more flavor. Yesterday dropped one pound. This morning dropped another! Yay!

Have a good trip and don't worry about that pesky pound. Chalk it up to a scale fluctuation and let it go. It is probably just water.
