Ugh, enough already!
136.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Katsolo, I know! I'm trying to make good choices...I already went for a workout. Good start plus it keeps my mind occupied. Dropped Sydney off for surgery this morning. He will operate around 2 pm so we should know something by 4.💜💜💜🙏🙏🙏

I haven’t weighed since Xmas morning. Im going to wait till Friday…i was a little naughty last two days…..

Sherrye, thank you💜. YOH, I did very well today. Worked out and ate good. 130 grams protein, around 53 grams carbs, and around 30 grams fat. I need to stay on track! I can’t be trusted to have a “ few” snacks…doesn’t work for me.💜
