I guess walking , hiking, and working out while on our camping trip paid off. I definitely ate more than usual and carb intake was usually at 100-120 grams a day..I did have a harder time getting protein up and fat intake was over my usual almost everyday. I do find it harder to eat clean while camping but I did try to include as many raw foods as I could. #CICO!😉👍
129.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Draglist, Thanks! Katsolo, I'll leave the catching and hunting to my hubby...that's his passion. The foraging I can do, just not in the desert...not much there to forage ..💜

Camping for me is always a lot of food compromises. So worth it, though! Glad you had a good time! 😀

Writing, thank you. It was a nice relaxing trip. I think that I was more active so that’s why I was able to lose a bit of weight, even though my food choices weren’t as strict as usual. 💜
