Day 2 I’m excited to start over. Mediterranean diet is not for me, only went on it cause of my husband’s heart issues. I just will not eat the carbs every day. We can both be happy and healthy.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
