Thanks! Last week was rough, so didn’t weigh in. I started this app after losing my initial 10lbs. Doc was quite happy I’m making better choices and told me she can see it in my skin and my overall attitude and energy. Amazing how much difference it has all made. Determined to make this my year of health, and to be the best looking 43 year old I can be lol
