Probably a couple more weeks of slight drops then will start to gain as summer arrives and sleep wanes. Octiber to May is my favorite part of the year.

Thx for the support 🐻😊 What I‘m best at is the process .. logging & weighing everday; using weekly averages to smooth the daily fluctuations which are natural. CICO rules.
