@JustBananas…long ago I wanted 125 as my final goal. Then for sure go into maintenance. But most days I am already in maintenance. I think the strength training has helped my metabolism so that could be why I’ve lost a couple. I really fluctuate between 130 - 132. I don’t need to go under 125. Im 5’4” age 54. 2100 is my maintenance, I normally av 1800 - 1900 daily. Some day I go over 2,400 if I feel very hungry, like last night! Lol This journey of weight loss is my 1st one, so I’m still figuring my body out.

You really inspire me! It's been so much harder for me to lose weight in my 40s, and even harder to keep it off. But when i see women like you who are older than me hitting their goals, it makes me realize it is possible. And my age doesn't have to stop me. You are amazing!

@T3r3…Thank you for your kind words. My why? Two beautiful daughters, 2 precious granddaughters. I wanted to be here longer for them. I had caught Covid in 2021, almost died. Found out then I had diabetes 2. So it was then I made a change. I stopped eating sugar and ate mostly Whole Foods. And used FS to count calories. I’m not looking for a perfect body and I’m not, trust me but just to try and be healthier.
