Holding on. DOMS are strong after maxes in Squat and Leg Press on the same day 😳
226.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Careful walking down stairs today 😟. It's taken me 2 days to recover from DOMS of shoulders & back, so I feel for you!

The first time I ran 10 miles without stopping was in high school, and I remember the next day I would cling to the stair bannisters for dear life. My classes would alternate 1st floor to 3rd floor all day. Up was no problem. Down and my legs would shake so bad I thought they'd give out. @Super: I waste no breath on pity for those who do intentional things to themselves, as I assume they secretly enjoy them😜

No pity needed here. DOMS pain is fine by me. I don’t like the water retention that’s there, but it’s a part of it all.
