Travel days are always difficult. I did well until dinner. Joe got us McDonalds. I haven't eaten dinner there in about 5 years! After dinner I remembered why...lol
130.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I used to get the salad at McDonald’s but I don’t think they carry that anymore! 🥲

If you have trouble filling on your protein on the go, grab some packaged or canned tuna. It’s easy to get carbs n fats on the road

When we travel we will hit a supermarket after checking into our hotel for the night. We first check to see if the room has a microwave. Even if not we can get fruit and cheese, even fresh salad in a bag or off a salad bar in some stores. Deli meats, a few slices each, and we can put together a balanced, nutritious light supper.

Thanks Superman! I usually do pretty good on road, I prep, bring protein shakes,tuna turkey, nuts, cut up veggies, etc. We drove all day and by dinner we were both pretty tired. I just gave in..it happens. Back on track today! Had a healthy breakfast. Gonna carb cycle today and should be back down in a couple of days. Lots of hiking today!💜

I got McDonald's breakfast today because I was craving their hashbrowns! Didn't realize how unhealthy it was until I input the item on app. Hang in there - I'm going to walk at the gym later!

Alexis, I walked quite a bit today as we explored Monument Valley. I am also carb cycling today which helps a lot! Good luck at gym! 💜 Loeykrause, we travel in our RV so I don't really have an excuse..I had packed all the things you mentioned but was just tired and gave in. Doesn't happen often to me but I'm back on track today! 💜

I worked my way through college as a manager at McDonalds. That was many years ago, and I met my wife there. But we were so poor at the time with me going to school and with four small children, we at a lot of meals at McD's because I could get free food. LOL
