I didn't really want to log this because I fluctuate so much 1 or 2 each week but let's hope this sticks on the downward trend 😎 Let's finish the week strong!
136.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I appreciate the support Wifey! I get so hungry as the end of the week nears, this weekend is my goal weekend to not go ham. So I ate 6 slices of ham for lunch today for good measure 😂😂😂

I fluctuate 3-5 lbs over a week but only posting 7-day average once per week smoothes the noise.
