Celebrating 35 pounds loss since last year!!! I feel tougher and stronger than I have in years. I’m looking at food differently and even enjoying it more knowing what I’m putting in my body will help me in this journey to good health. I haven’t been dieting, I haven’t deprived myself of anything. I eat what I want, I’m just choosing better options with less salt, more vitamins, fiber and protein. My life has been greatly improved by my new knowledge and understanding of nutrition and physical health. I have battled with being bipolar and having severe anxiety because of that I have taken so many meds to find the right ones. In doing so I went from 5’ 1” 115 pounds to at my heaviest 240 last year. If I can do this so can you. Thank you all so much for your support 🙏🤗💪🏼🤙🏽👣
205.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You inspire me! I know that eating properly makes all my life better but I still struggle to stay on track. Sugar and high carbs contribute to me having much more trouble handling life well. I'm so addicted they lure me continually.
