I have no pics for yall, sorry lol. Since weightlifting, I am obviously not obsessing over the scale. I have stayed about the same weight for the past week and a half. I am bringing the carbs in more and more each day too. Trying to get this food in on the transition. Finding it hard to eat much these days after all the OMAD fasting. Idk what is up with that so I know itll take me a bit to start eating more.

I feel pretty good though, I am hopeful I will make a great transition! :)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am no expert but I believe that carb energy is good for weighlififting so no reason to obsess about those macros. And you will need some protein to build those muscles. You got this!!!

@liv001 Yeo I am certainly trying! I know I need more because like my body has been over the edge hungry lol!! Not like fasting hungry mildly, I am talking like it's yelling at me to eat more haha. So I am trying to get more food in!! It's like yeah I am hungry, but at the same time it is hard to eat as much as I need it seems! But, that is what supplementation is for so I plan to! Thank you!! :)
