Activity last 2 days - Gardening 2 hours each day. I am so tired, but it's good to see I'm accomplishing something. Screened porch is moving along. Hope everyone is enjoying this new week. ❤
166.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
