No change, but no gain and that's alright with me. I can see the finish line off in the distance. Keep going, don't stop. 20 lbs to go and I hope all of it's the gut. Doing abs everyday without fail. Currently the top abs are showing and I see some line definition on the sides so, I guess I'm at a 1/2 pint pack. LOL
