Success on the repair and assembly fronts yesterday, not so much on swimming or walking. BUT - the lounger is complete and I didn't have to wait for help. Used a pulley with that cording from the patio umbrella and go it up there all by myself. It's my birthday gift from my mom. Something I'd never buy myself, but it's really cool. Now, assembling it where I did may not have been the brightest, but I am going to rearrange anyways, so no great loss there.

Going to "breakfast" in a moment. Ate two eggs and two whites anyways so it's easier to resist the temptations. It's humid this morning, so easy to decline. Need to toss on a dress for instant chic, plus - no pants! - and requires zero thought.

My new floating lounger. I haven't put up the shade piece yet because it will depend on where it finally resides. I think I need to make a cover for this thing. Too nice to let rot in the SoCal sun. It's enormous though. Second pic is physics in action. Yup, it worked. Hehehe. That's my grandfather's hammer hanging there, used it for a handle. I'm the only girl of all the grandkids who got his any of his tools. Means a lot to me. Enjoy this lovely Sunday. I'll be floating in water or air eventually at some point today. Life is good.
